  Terrible office- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. State Farm agent gave me the run-around! I paid my bill and got additional bills because they messed up my quote THREE TIMES! Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

  Customer service is not dead you can find it at Clara Chaney State Farm! The whole office is incredible but I dealt mostly with Tasha and she was amazing. If she says she will call you back you better not walk away from your phone because she calls back almost as soon as you hang up. They gave me unbelievable customer service at an unbeatable price. I just can't say enough nice things about them. Go to Clara Chaney State Farm you will be glad you did!!!

  My grandson and husband went into the office with the vin number and his license and said he wanted to buy a car Clara gave him a insurance quote of 222 a month she gave him the proof of insurance took that to the car dealer and bought the car. Four days later when we went into her office she said she made a mistake now it would be 1700 a month we said he would have never bought the car she never called us to say she made a mistake it was to late to take the car back. She said she would pay 100 dollars a month for 3 months out of her pocket if we paid cash to her and not any one else in the office. We ended up taking the car over until we can sell it. I have all the paper work to prove what she did.
