- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm a fellow insurance agent in the area and I felt I needed to warn potential customer's of the way I was treated by a woman in this agency. I was making an inquiery for a current customer who had decided to switch their insurance from the Kozack's agency to mine when I was hung up on. Yes I was doing follow-up to make sure a customer's $1300 premium payment refund had been mailed. I asked where the refund was going and the women couldn't tell me but what she really meant was "I don't have time for this" because I work on commission and since I'm not making money off of this "number" or customer as I like to call them then I'm not going to waste any time figuring out where his money went. Don't worry about not doing your job...I'll do it for you!!! She is the perfect example of a bad insurance agent.
